The Attestation de formation pour la chasse au dindon sauvage (Training Certificate for Wild Turkey Hunting) or an equivalent document is required to hunt wild turkeys in Quebec. You must carry your certificate on your person, in addition to your valid Wild Turkey Hunting License, while hunting. Wild turkeys are not part of the "small game" category.
